We’ve noticed that some Bigpond email users aren’t receiving our important communications, including invoices, statements, and requested information. This is a known issue affecting many Australian businesses sending to Bigpond addresses. To ensure you receive all communications from us, you have two options:
- Whitelist our domain in your Bigpond settings (instructions below)
- Provide us with an alternative email address
How To Whitelist trayon.com as a safe sender in Bigpond
Step 1: Login to your Bigpond mail. And on the upper right hand of the screen, click the gear icon that reads settings.
Step 2: On the left, right under “SETTINGS”, click on “Mail” and then click on “Safe Senders”
Step 3: On the Safe Senders sub-menu, please write “@trayon.com” in the blank square next to Add email address, and click on the (+) Add button.
Step 4: Also check your existing Junk/Spam folder, search for trayon.com and right click or select each one and go to More and Mark as Not Spam.
