Winter wandering

Hi fellow Trayoners,
We are heading off on a 3mth journey up from Tas to Melbourne then through Western Vic - Adelaide - Eyre Peninsula - South Australia - Outback NSW & QLD & return. Approx 10wks from mid July.
Just curious if there's anyone travelling a similar route or will be on the road then? We'd love to hear from anyone!

Hi Nick & Michelle,
Last year we took 2.5 months and travelled from the Blue Mts NSW to the Eyre Peninsula via Victoria. We also took 2 weeks to see the Flinders Rangers staying at some stations out there. The main part of our trip was in SA. We started the South Australian journey in Port MacDonnell, Robe and travelled slowly up towards Adelaide. From there it was the Barossa & Claire Valleys, across to the Yorke Pen, Eyre Pen as far as Elliston then back up to Port Augusta and into the Flinders Rangers. Back via Renmark, Lake Boga, Bendigo, Wagga and home. Great trip. I would say the highlights were those stations in the Flinders and also Port Lincoln on the Eyre Pen.

Cheers,
